Thx. I think I need further research as being away for a long while, I am quite a bit behind. I have definitely loaded Open Black hole V.1.0 but unable to find Kodi. Really appreciate your help though.

    Try this:
Go into the Menu, Black Hole Apps, Black Hole Speed Up, and Enable Kodi.

Thx Boss! forgive me for my rustiness, I have loaded Open Black Hole V 1.00 . and I cant see Kodi in "Open Black Hole Speed Up section." There are only four options in this section (all disabled and Kodi is not one of them).
Would you like me to load up "Black Hole" V 3 and see

No, it must be that your version, of Open Blackhole, is limited, due to the receivers age, and might not include Kodi, which would explain why it didn't give you the option, when installing it.
Looking at the information, for Open Blackhole, it states Kodi v17 for those models that support it.
Unfortunately it doen't look like your receiver can handle the latest Kodi versions.
Have you found IPTV Player, in the plugins list? It might be able to handle that.

I think you might be right MICKHA. It could be an old model. There is no IPTV player in the plugin list either.

It looks like the VU+ Duo isn't powerful enough, to be used for IPTV/Kodi streaming, but is still good enough as a satellite receiver.

The Duo cannot run Kodi - its not powerful enough. Its only on newer receivers like the Solo2/Duo2 etc

SO after taking into account both above replies, is it fair to conclude that VU+Duo is definitely no good to run Kodi and also cant be used for running IPTV!
