    Unhappy Corroded dish

Until the last month or so I have been able to get Diema sport and sport 2(very useful for football). Now I get no signal.I have noticed that my dish once black is now mostly white(aluminium hydroxide I assume),could this be the cause of the loss of signal.
    Thanks in advance

Corrosion of the reflective dish surface could result in a lower signal strength. Other factors could affect signal strength also; e.g. slight dish alignment movement, change of broadcasting transponder footprint, failing Lnb, etc.
